UPDATE 20-09:

General Order 20-05, entitled: “General Order Regarding District Court Procedure For Parties Not Represented By An Attorney” shall be extended and/or is modified so that its termination shall occur at 11:59 pm on May 31, 2020, unless otherwise extended by subsequent general order of this Court.

Parties not represented by an attorney (pro se) may file legal pleadings via U.S. Mail, email or fax through May 1, 2020, unless the Order is extended.  Consequently, pro se parties will not be permitted to enter courthouse facilities while this order is in effect.  Please call the Divisional Clerk’s Office for assistance.
