Texas Eastern converted to the new CM case management database on Monday, February 9, 2004.

In order to provide you with e-mail notification of orders and judgments, we need your current e-mail address(es). If you have not already registered for e-mail notification, you may do so here.(CM/ECF registration form) After you fill out the form, we will provide you with a user ID and password for the CM/ECF system.

In order to read, download, cut, copy, print or save orders or judgments, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat reader software installed on your computer. Please click here (Adobe Acrobat) to install a free copy of the Acrobat reader on your computer.

We will provide you with regular mail notification of the entry of judgments or orders in the unlikely event that we are unable to reach you vial e-mail, or if you decide to receive conventional "snail mail" notification of our orders.

The CM database will contain electronic images of most documents filed with the court. These images can be viewed, downloaded, printed, cut, copied and saved via your computer. The new database is accessible at this web site. E-mail notification of judgments and orders is provided free of charge. If you wish to look at other documents in the database, there is a 7 cents per page through your PACER account. To sign up for PACER, click here .

ECF allows you to file documents 24/7 with the court via the Internet. It will also automatically serve opposing counsel via e-mail with your electronically filed document(s). This will save you a lot of time and money. Please contact the court for ECF training.

If you have any questions about CM or ECF, please contact us via e-mail here or at (903) 590-1000. Thanks!
