Criminal Justice Act Forms
The Criminal Justice Act (CJA) of 1964 provides for for furnishing representation in federal court for any person financially unable to obtain adequate representation in accordance with the CJA. For more information, please refer to Appendix G of the Local Rules for the Eastern District of Texas.

The Eastern District of Texas has adopted the Judiciary’s national CJA eVoucher System for on-line voucher preparation and submission.

eVoucher is required for all CJA voucher submissions.
