Term Law Clerk

Location: Tyler, Texas

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas is accepting applications for the position of Term Law Clerk to the Honorable Nicole Mitchell, U.S. Magistrate Judge, who will take the bench in August 2013. This district currently has a very active intellectual property docket and is searching for someone who has the desire to work with patent cases. The incumbent must be an intelligent, responsible individual with strong research and writing skills and good interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to gain experience in complex patent litigation.

Citizenship Requirements
Employees of the United States courts must be citizens of the United States or citizens of countries with treaty relations with the United States.
